The challenge
Appointed as principal contractor for the first time, the client needed to meet their CDM 2015 duties, including a robust construction phase plan and ongoing site monitoring.
Our solution
HSA prepared the construction phase plan, set up induction and permit processes, carried out regular site inspections and stayed available to the project team throughout.
The outcome
The client met their principal contractor duties with complete, audit ready documentation and gained the confidence to take on further principal contractor roles.
